CALVIN J. McNULTY cmcnulty@bazilmcnulty.com Mr. McNulty is the Managing Partner for Bazil McNulty. His area of practice focuses on complex reinsurance matters. He has handled numerous reinsurance cases involving companies from nearly every continent. He has extensive knowledge and experience in dealing with various reinsurance Pool placements including the GESB, ECRA, EW Payne, and POSA. Mr. McNulty has successfully negotiated numerous commutations between companies across the globe. He continuously tracks the latest legal developments in the reinsurance field and provides advice to clients on issues involving allocation, aggregation, follow the fortunes, and the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act. He also advises clients on coverage issues and contractual wording for both treaty and facultative business. Mr. McNulty received his B.S. in Economics from Pennsylvania State University in 1992, his M.B.A. in Finance from Villanova University in 1998, and his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 2001.
